Kaya's private notes

Discreet research. Searches go from our own HQ server straight to Anthropic's API — never through a personal Google, ChatGPT or Claude account. Anthropic does not train models on API traffic, so nothing you search feeds a model or is tied to your accounts. HQ keeps only what you choose to save as a briefing.
Worth an internal search: competitor or agency background, someone you are about to meet or hire, anything where the question itself says what you are looking at.
Just use Google: opening hours, definitions, anything already public and uncontroversial. Each search costs real money, so it is not the everyday tool.
On a work computer. The searching runs on the server, so the sites in a briefing are never opened from the machine you typed on and none of them show up in its history. What a work network can still see is that you connected to HQ, and when — not the question, not the answer. A managed work laptop can also be watched by whoever manages it, and a private window does not change that: it only clears what is left behind on the computer afterwards, and it forgets your code each time you close it. If a question is one you would not want traced back to you at all, ask it on your own phone.
Voice Memos → Copy Transcript → paste here → save → delete the recording.
Choose how to save. Summarize sends the note from our own HQ server to Anthropic's API and brings back a tidied version, saved here — never through a personal ChatGPT or Claude account, and Anthropic does not train models on API traffic, so nothing here feeds a model or connects to your accounts. Saved summaries download as a branded PDF. Save privately keeps the note entirely on HQ. Nothing leaves.

Notes are deleted automatically 30 days after you save them, summary and transcript both. If one matters, press Archive — it stays in the list for its 30 days like any other, and then moves to Archives instead of being deleted. Archived notes keep the summary only: the transcript goes at 30 days like every other, so nobody's words are kept in full. You can delete a transcript sooner once you are happy with its summary.
Kelly can see these notes, so she can help you with one when you ask. Mark a note private and it is yours alone — she cannot read it, extend it or delete it. Every time she opens this list it is written to the log.
